[OFF] Japhet, the Fire Bird: I Am Not Your Brother

Japhet, the Fire Bird Guardian of Zone 2, and appointed ruler by the Queen. He governs a world where there is peace, security, and everything that his subjects could possibly ever want. Japhet had done all, and yet eventually forgotten by Man and watched as they spun themselves deeper into fears, paranoia, and worry in the perfect world. The Flaming Bird stole into a cat, and made the cat a ruler. Though he was not a god, he tirelessly worked to be a god, and yet because he was not god, he could not do a god's work. Sadness and anger rung him through, and soon he descended wrath on his subjects.

Japhet retreats to his greatest creation: The Great Library, and waits on his roof, his perch, overlooking his world. He waits for the man that would kill him. For Japhet's love was so strong, it blinded him, corrupted him, and became his undoing. His love had made him insane, he had done evils, and for that, he waits. Japhet waits for the man to destroy him, end his pain, end his fake cage of a castle, end his loneliness, and to end his madness.

Curiously, due to Japhet's way of speaking, I find it skeptical that what you read in his Library is actually done by him. The language is different, and the dynamics of the pieces seem to be done by other people. There are also a number of faded, smudged, and unreadable pages. Japhet's story is also told on your way towards the roof. The tone and information in them is a far cry from how Japhet normally talks. And why would he write a prophecy of himself with his eventual demise?
